Casa de la Serenidad is a unique two bedroom villa with exquisite high design furnishings that are made using fine custom fabrics and environmentally-friendly and sustainable materials.

Two bedrooms with two separate, private bathrooms; one bedroom is furnished with an Indonesian carved, four-poster, banana-leaved and hardwood, King-sized bed and the second is furnished with two twin beds with the ability to convert them into a second King-sized bed (we provide the appropriate king-sized bed linens and mattress covers); the living room has a firm three-cushioned sofa that can sleep an additional fifth person; with advanced reservations, the concierge can also provide an additional portable bed or a crib; all beds are three-sheeted with appropriate blankets, bedspreads, bed skirts and comforters.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
When you complete the Vacation Rental Reservation Form. Upon receipt of your reservation request, we will e-mail you within 48 hours with a confirmation and all the details you need to know.If you wish to correspond with us and need more information click here to email us.

* We will hold a Condo Hotel Rental reservation without a deposit for (3) days. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
* A deposit of 50% is required to reserve a unit.
* The balance for your Vacation Rental Condo reservation is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
* We recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance
* Failure to make final payment on a timely basis will be subject to cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.
* Payment may be made in credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or electronic check.
* Rates for your Condominium Hotel Reservation do not include 12% IVA Tax.
* All rates are in US Dollars.

CANCELLATIONS
Refunds for cancellations will be processed specifically as outlined below.Sorry no exceptions and cancellation fees are strictly enforced.To protect against cancellation caused by unforeseen events such as illness, strikes, weather, acts of GOD, Etc., we recommendyou purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance to insure a refund of your deposit.

CANCELLATION FEES

* 20% of the Condo Hotel rental price if the cancellation is received 60 days prior to the beginning of the rental period.
* 50% of the Condo Hotel rental price if the cancellation is received between the 59th and the 30th Day prior to the beginning to the rental period.
* The total Condo Hotel rental price will be forfeited for any cancellations received after the 30th day prior to the beginning to the rental period.We will make every attempt to rent the unit if you must cancel between the 59th day and your arrival date.If we are successful we will refund 50% of the hotel rental price and apply it towards a credit for another hotel rental period.

SECURITY DEPOSITS
A $250.00 security deposit on your credit card will be required upon arrival. Excessive cleaning including upholstery, breakage, soiling or damage to the interior or exterior caused by the renter may be subject to additional fees to the renter. You are required to leave the unit as you received it.
